  What was there not to like Everything was amazing. The apartment was very warm and welcoming 100/10 it was a great location not too far from anywhere if you're just looking to explore Salem. The beds were very comfortable everything we needed was there i have recommended it to my friends if they plan on going and will definitely like to go back ourselves. Absolutely, amazing.

  Quite and rooms were clean and big. I had to come in earlier for an event and the lady at front desk was very sweet and accommodating and let me in a little early. I just came from a different state and drove so long and needed to get ready and shower before event and she was so great.

  Well I did get incorrect information when I called the property to confirm sleeping arrangements. I did reach out to customer service and they tried to help , but then I called again the following day and was informed the information I had received over the phone was incorrect. Luckily the sleeping arrangements did work for us.

  The con of this property is the 3 different codes and procedures to access the property. Starting with Parking…To access the secure parking you have to exit your car on the street to walk up to the gate and enter the code. Not safe. Next, to access the elevator another code and procedure to get into the building. Of course the room code and procedure is different. All 3 codes and procedures are in different messages from the property that you have to refer to. It was a real hassle. I was “Upgraded” to the first floor on Franklin. Extremely noisy at level of the highly active street. The room walls are very thin. While in name it’s a “Hotel”, this is self access dormitory.

  No amenities. Refrigerator was very noisy , air conditioner was so noisy we couldn't use it No coffee maker. Had to ask for towels. Cigarette burn stains on tub rim and other furniture. Manager was nice.
