The location of the lodge is perfect, steps away from downtown. The room we had was cozy, clean and had all amenities of a 4 star property. Lovely pool, homy surroundings, and all around good vibe place. I want to mention the property owner, Carola Anders, who was very welcoming and kind. Thank you, CAROLA! We'll be back! Alina & Brian

The room was big and actually accessible to all! Purchased a disability access room and it actually had wide doors, things not too high up on the shelves, a shower seat, showers head to move around and the soaps smelled so yummy! The bedding was thick and the bed itself super comfy and dimmable lighting which is great!!!!

The parking is super tight and was hard to get into and weirdly enough no microwave but yes to the fridge (not their fault as they didn’t list one but just weird to not have lol)

Clean room, large shower, nice linens, comfy bed. The lovely lady staffing the night desk was warm and delightful. She took initiative and made us feel abundantly welcome. In the morning, a kind staff member filled our ice container for our ice chest.

It was difficult to find the hotel due to lack of signage. The hotel was fully booked, so the parking lot was overflowing. It was difficult to find a spot to park. The reservation desk was located in a different hotel across the street, but there was no apparent signage to indicate that until we walked up and down the strip of rooms and finally found a small note in a corner. I walked across the street, but was still mystified as to where to enter the labyrinth of walkways to find the office. The breakfast was disappointing but only because the staff seemed overwhelmed and could not refill the empty containers. We arrived at breakfast in the middle of the stated breakfast hours, and many families arrived after we were finished.

Nice house, well appointed, lovely location, nice views, overall needs a deep clean inside and out! Hot tub was filthy asked to be compensated for lack of use but got NO RESPONSE.

Very unhappy the hot tub was filthy and unusable for our stay. The entire area around the hot tub needs cleaned of debris and hosed down. I asked repeatedly to be compensated with no response. The windows and screens are dirty, ruining the nice views! The outside steps and entry courtyard needs to be washed down. We had to rewash glasses knives and silverware before using. Carpet in the dinning room and living room was filthy. The garage floor was so dirty and sticky and you can not avoid tracking the dirt.
