Bathrooms weren’t all operational, nor very clean. Need cover for top bunks to help with overhead lighting.

The price

It was the cheapest property I could find, but you get what you pay for. I knew I would be getting lemons, but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was. The photos online did not accurately represent the condition of the property. The lobby had a terrible smell, and the furniture was stained and outdated for the price I paid. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 32 years, I found the conditions unacceptable. The bedsheets were stained, and the pillows smelled awful. I had to wait 24 hours before I finally bought a toilet plunger because they could not provide one. I ended up using my own bedding, sheets, and pillows since everything else smelled so bad. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and there were hazards everywhere, including homeless people walking around. I filed a complaint about a party that went on all night and into the early morning, but the hotel did nothing to address the situation. As I mentioned before, I have worked in hospitality for a living, and I could see that there was none of that quality here. The staff seemed more interested in making money than providing good service. They charged me $10 per towel for stains that were already there when I checked in. I had prepared myself by bringing my own supplies, including a mop, towels, and soap, and I also had to purchase a toilet plunger. The online pictures do not reflect how this hotel actually looks; it is truly in disrepair. This place is a hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
