The location was excellent—very central and convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Breakfast was good, and the person serving it was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the easy access to parking and the availability of parking space.

Great location, but disappointing service and unexpected charges. The hotel’s location was excellent—very convenient and central. However, the overall experience was let down by poor room facilities. Basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided in the room. I had to request each item from reception, which they did supply, but these essentials should be ready in the room upon arrival. What I really didn’t appreciate was the unexpected extra charge. I was supposed to pay $818.92 USD for a 2-night, 3-day stay with breakfast included. However, my credit card was charged $916.67 USD. The reception never informed me about any additional fees, and I only discovered the overcharge after returning home. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and left a sour impression.

Modern hotel, next to midtown Manhattan. The bed is the most comfy I have ever had in a hotel and you can regulate the inclination on the bottom part of it. the shower is big and the view on Manhattan is very pleasant during day and night.

The hotel doesn´t offer any basic service. The check in is automated and in the room no water is offered, nor a fridge is present. The rooms are in typical Japanese style, essential, all white, no frills nor decorations. the size of the room (skyline view) was so small, that I was fitting with my luggages with difficulty. And you can literally hear everything from the other rooms (people laughing, walking, closing/opening doors, making love..all of it)

Good location. It’s walkable to a lot of areas nearby. Only had to pay for an uber once while we were there. Friendly neighbors on the location as well.

The first day we were there, our receptionist was very rude and short with us. Last time we were here, which was back in April, we were able to get into our room right away and settle in. This time we weren’t able to. I wanted to ask if there was any available king size rooms but with how our receptionist treated us, I didn’t feel comfortable asking. When we finally got our keys, we were greeted with a big gap on our floor ceilings with a hose attached to a garbage bin. It’s not a very good first impression of our floor. Our room was nice and comfortable, only to find out that our shared shower in the suite was not working. We had to use the shower down the hallway. Having an in unit bathroom/shower was one of the main reasons I originally booked this place but it was a disappointment. Another thing of disappointment was the breakfast. I was not made aware of this location stopping their free breakfast. There was no notice on any website nor did the receptionist say anything about it. This was another reason why I originally booked this place because of them having breakfast onsite. The amount of money I paid for 4 days was ridiculously high for a very poor value of a stay.

Bugs in the room - specifically roaches that I killed. Didnt sleep nuder the covers cause I was afraid. The beds were old and rickety. The smell of the room seemed like it used to be a smoking room.
