The staff member was horrible. I believe her name was Sherrill. If I remember correctly. We ended up at the hotel at 9am. When I arrive there, she asked if we had an early check-in. I told her not as far as I knew, but I would do whatever I need to if I need to pay more to be able to get an early check-in as we had arrived earlier than we had expected. She stated that she could not check us in yet. She didn’t even look at the reservation to see if there was any rooms available or anything I said well can you call us when our room is available? She said yes. Which then I questioned her of how she would know our room was ready without looking up the reservation. She said by her last name. I attended to get breakfast, but there was no breakfast left. So we asked about the Shuttle that I had seen online that was available to take us somewhere asked if they had a list of places that they go. She did recommend the mall which worked out great, but then told us that we couldn’t be picked up until 1030 that morning. So we just sat there. Never received a phone call that our room was ready and then when we were ready to leave at 3 o’clock to call the Shuttle, we waited about an hour for the shuttle to show up. Got there and then checked in. So the proper thing that would’ve happened to be a better facility better hotel better front desk person would’ve been in for her to look up our reservation and see what kind of room that we had and then at 11 o’clock when people checked out, had somebody go clean that room so that room would’ve been available earlier to us. But she did none of the things she did didn’t even care. It seemed like we were a nuisance and a bother to her.Also, there is a $17 fee that you guys charged use your Shuttle, which we were tipping the Shuttle guy every time that we use Tim. She also said that was for breakfast in the pool which we didn’t use any of this. So there should not be a $17 charge $17 if you’re gonna charge that should be included in the pric
