We travel through the area often and this is our 3rd time staying here this summer. The hotel is right off the highway and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is always super nice and accommodating when we've arrived earlier than their checkin times to get us a room without waiting. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend asking for a room facing the parking lot as the other rooms face the highway. The cookies at the front desk are always a nice treat too!

Very friendly and helpful. The computers were down upon my arrival. But the check in guy was amazing and gave me my room key and let is go to our room and took care of everything and brought our paperwork to our room.. They are very nice and accommodating.. The beds and pillows were amazing.. Shower had great pressure.. Room was super clean.

Our fridge did not have a freezer which typically would not be a problem for us but I needed to freeze my lunchbox ice thingy and could not. But again not a huge issue for us..

The public facilities were very good. The pools and the jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful. There was plenty of parking and the staff was friendly.

The room needed updating. The furniture was old and not in good condition. The air conditioner smelled of mold so we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable and having the fridge and microwave was a plus.

My stay at the Red Roof Motel was very disappointing. The room was dirty and poorly maintained — the walls had patched holes left unpainted, the mattress felt like nothing more than a box spring, and the bed carried a strong, unpleasant odor. I had to put clean t shirt on the pillows so i could sleep, Yes I slept in my cloths. The entire room smelled stale, which made it uncomfortable to be in. Even worse, the window glass was broken and the deadbolt lock didn’t work, leaving me feeling unsafe the whole time. Between the lack of cleanliness and the unsafe conditions, I would never stay here again, even if it were free. If you don't believe me and decided to stay bring shower shoes you'll need them. Hey Red Roof Corporate office How is this location even a franchise? Any Franchise business consultant or district manager that over sees this should be ashamed of themself.

it was dirty, hot and uncomfortable. i RESERVED a king room, then got there right at check in time and was told there were no more kings. despite me explaining to her that a reservation is literally meant to HOLD the room i booked and paid for.

When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.
