Excellent Coffee in the rooms. It is our second time visiting el Mistico this year, and can´t wait to come back. Too much to explore and to much to enjoy in the area. Our four days were definetely short, and we are looking forward coming back soon. The staff, the owners of the ranch, so great people to meet. Thank you for everything. Abo Historic Site (Las Salinas), Lincoln, Smokey Bear Park, Roswell UFO Museum, White Oaks, Ruidoso town .... amazing sites to visit...

The property was great and close to the attractions. I actually enjoyed the dinner meals. The food was great. Not too pricey. I also enjoyed hanging with my family at the bar for happy hour. The bar staff was friendly. The concierge provided us with helpful information about the area. The front desk staff was attentive our needs/requests.

Although, I'm not much of a breakfast eater, I would have like a little something. I did not want to pay $17 for a buffet style breakfast, for a person who typically eats light. The breakfast setup and presentation of the food was amazing.

Canceled because they didn't have anything but 2 beds on the 3rd floor and elevator was out of order and I am 71 and my girlfriend is 74 so we went somewhere else

Hassle with a double booking when booking.com was having a computer upgrade. Had it straightened out before trip but arrived to say we were still double booked. The desk person gave my single sister a suite for the hassle ( that she never had) and we got assigned a regular room for the two of us. The breakfast was the one of the worst we have ever had.

Room was facing an interior meeting space & was occupied by small, loud children. Had to call Front Desk to request they quiet things down so we could sleep - we had a 6am flight the next day so were hoping for a good nights rest. Our room was entered at 1am by a employee, scaring us out of our wits. Reason (we were told) was room next door could not get out of their room (they were no relation to us) and they needed to use the adjoining door from our room to get to them. There was NO SECURITY lock on our door, so anyone could enter - very scary. After unknown banging for a few minutes, the hotel employer left, saying the room next door figured it out. Needless to say, we got almost no sleep that night. This is a very strange property - would not recommend nor would I stay here again. It was the weekend of the Belmont Stakes, so rates were inflated. I thought the price we paid would suggest a solid property - WRONG.

For the money that i pay it was not worth it. First when I went to booking it says $111.00 a room and then when i got my confirmation it was for one room $237.00. Then when I call the property they confirm one room and then i have to add am extra room for $237.00. Them when arriving at the property the person who was helping us. Then the following day we figure out. But they charge my jet blue.
