  I liked that it was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The price we got was very good compared to other hotels. One thing I loved was the free parking already included. It felt super safe and it wasn’t too far from where we spent the day.

  It didn’t bother me too much but the elevator didn’t work one time. We weren’t stuck or anything but for some reason it just wouldn’t go down. Still a great experience overall.

  The elevators were out all Saturday and Sunday! I had just had a hip replacement and had to climb up and down the stairs to the 4th floor!!! Someone had to carry my walker up and down the 4 flights of stairs! LaQuinta had only ONE ELEVATOR for their entire facility. One that even the staff had to use. There wasn't even a service elevator. The staff, front desk and off site manager, Yesenia Aleman, suggested I could leave and they would give a partial refund. However, my belongings were still on the 4th floor. And, we are from Arizona. Where would we go? LaQuinta needs conflict resolution. Would not recommend LaQuinta at this time for disabled customers 🙄
