  A new hotel with a perfect location, and the staff were helpful. They also provided excellent service during breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was good. The room is spacious, and the bed is really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. There are many parking options available if you prefer not to use the valet service. (The service is expensive.)

  Everything was a great experience. My grandkids loved the pools and our suite. Rachel at the front desk was so polite and very professional!! Also, we love that we were able to see the fireworks Sunday night from our patio!!!

  We had two rooms, and they accommodated putting us right next to each other. The room was clean and the AC worked very well.

  Our room smelled strongly of cleaning products. So much so it was causing me some histamine reactions as I'm very sensitive to cleaning agents (especially anything containing bleach). There was no talking to the staff. We woke the manager up one day trying to find someone to talk to before leaving the hotel for the day (around 9am).They were friendly enough when we checked on, but otherwise didn't seem to want to be bothered.

  It looks pretty on the outside. The rooms are sparse with very little amenities, but otherwise the bed was comfortable.

  The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower. The toilet was broken, made a loud thump through the walls every time the water stopped. No wash cloths in the bathroom. Asked for a quiet room and we were placed on the sixth floor at a location right next to the swimming pool. Needless to say it was loud, busy and noisy. 1 PM check out time and the made kept interrupting. Let the front desk know of all the issues They seemed to slightly care.
