  The condo was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed, including great kitchen supplies, a very comfy bed, lots of towels and a cooler. We were able to borrow beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and other equipment from the front desk, as well as games. The staff was very friendly and professional, and responded quickly to texts. The pool is a little smaller than the photos make it seem, but it was a perfect temp and a great spot to take a dip after a sweaty day. Very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

  The condo was wonderful. But I did not know there is no casino. And it is SO NOISY at all times.

  Paying for parking is a nightmare. I went to the hotel, then had to go back to my car to get my license plate number. Had to as hostess to help me fill in on phone. THEN I had to call to get the parking code. I thought I did it correctly. But didn't and got a ticket. Also, what I had to do to reserve the unit; 5 email messages, copy my license. Take a picture. Then at last minute, sign up for damage insurance. Too much work for me. I loved the condo. But won't be back because it was all too much work.

  Front desk staff was atrocious. Wouldn’t adjust our reservation and when we finally got there, they gave a room with guest already on it!!! Then told us they didn’t have a room! When they finally have us a room the door would completely close. Two other guests checking in waited hours (like over 6) to get rooms. The front desk staff is a mess, especially the manager.
