      The breakfast was very good. The location was close to Old Sturbridge Village which was the main thing we wanted to see there. The value was good for the price. The room was comfortable. The heading/cooling system was very good.

      The bathroom was adequate, but the toilet was very low. My wife commented on this on our way out and she was told that they are aware of the problem, and that they had plans to remodel in the next year.

      Very convenient to the beach. While the property has a very dated feel to it, it was VERY CLEAN! Beds were super soft and the pool was clean as well.

      It's close to a lot of restaurants was also close to my family's house for which I was going up there to see

      There were cigarette Burns on the comforters. There was bugs in the bathtub. There was no Wi-Fi. The cable was very limited and very outdated. The woman there was very nice and friendly and helpful, but the man was very ignorant and yelled at my fiance about a roll of toilet paper, which when we came in a room there was only not even a half on the roll. It's truly unacceptable and I really wouldn't recommend too many people go there to give them their business to pay almost $350 to stay somewhere. There are certain things that should be in a hotel room in 2025 and anybody owning a business like that should learn how to talk to their customers and treat them with the respect that they deserve. I know personally me and my fiance will never be going to back. The way he screamed at her about the toilet paper basically ruined one of our nights and had he done that to me. I might have ended up in jail because again there's just certain things you shouldn't do and you should appreciate the people that's coming to your property thank you and please put this on booking.com so that others can see and be wary of what we had to deal with and can decide for themselves if they want to deal with that

      They left me stranded at the airport for almost an hour waiting on the shuttle. It only arrived because the neighboring hotel sent them for their people. When I kept calling the hotel the woman was rude and shirt and refused to check on the shuttle.

      We order a room pet friendly and finally we got a room not pet friendly. So I asked for free cancelation before coming but they charged the complete stay. So I will not recommend this hotel. Next time this happens I will come and hide my dog.
