  Most of the staff is very professional. It’s an old hotel but it’s well kept.

  I accidentally left my Apple Watch plugged in and charging on the nightstand. I called the hotel 20 minutes after I left to inform them and asked them to return it to my home. Instead of going to the room to retrieve it, they emailed me a form to fill out, which I did right away. 7 hours later I hear from the Assistant Director of Rooms and she asks me what I “think” I left because the watch isn’t there. I reply and tell her that I can see it’s still at the hotel using the “Find My” app. It’s been 24 hours since my response. I’ve sent a second follow-up because the watch is still there and charged, meaning it’s probably still plugged in on the nightstand. She has never replied.
