    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Our room was spacious & very clean. Large fridge/ freezer with ice maker & small kitchen made it nice to store and prepare food. They provide everything you need - cups, plates, cutlery, dish towel and detergent for the dish washer. Lots of storage for your clothes & personal items. Our shower was nice & water was hot! The pool was amazing! Our trip didn’t have the best weather & having the pool kept my kids occupied. Our room was side ocean view with a small balcony & nice view.

      the rooms, lobby, and hallways were VERY small and crowded. Pictures made it look more spacious. very crammed & a little outdated. especially for how expensive.

      nothing. it was a bad experience from start to finish.

      the water was freezing. no hot showers at all. there were also cockroaches, that I took photos of. not to mention the loud, disturbing guests. normally hotels have a policy about noise and about guests having unregistered guests after hours. the parking lot was packed every night with people partying. people yelling outside of the door all night. I reached out to booking.com regarding my issues and no one ever got in touch with me.
