It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

  The Southeestern atmosphere. The incredible ambiance and value. Outstanding breakfast which I didn't realize was included. Owner was wonderful. So clean. We had a private patio area and access to a secluded yard with shaded, comfortable seating. Close to everything. Multiple sitting rooms and art gallery to explore all furnished with historic pieces. Then we saw the Inn listed in a Las Cruces travel brochure we picked up and it said the Inn was voted as one of the top 20 in the country. Oh and adorable cats were outside hosts. We travel frequently in US and Europe and thought it the best accommodation ever and still can't believe the price.

  The place was lovely and was very comfortable. The location was great for where we wanted to tour since 3 of us hadn't been to the city before. It was also pleasant for a nice evening in as we sat around and relaxed with some cocktails and desserts.

  The parking was a bit tight - I acknowledge we had an F-350 and it's downtown Charleston. The street parking wasn't as plentiful as hoped either as a secondary option. The branches on the tree above the outdoor area need to be trimmed. It was so low we weren't able to really enjoy the area or the view. Also, there were massive spiders with their spider webs that came out at night. Lastly, the street noise was almost like we had the windows open. Yes, the owner provided earplugs and white noise machines, but we were still woken up.

  A little rough around the edges…not exactly dirty but not super clean. It feels pretty isolated. The steps in the hot tub were kind of awkward and borderline dangerous…the are not spaced appropriately and are pretty rough on bare feet.

  It was not horrible until I realized we had left my charger and block; we called immediately and someone said he would text me the number to the front desk. Then he hung up. I finally got someone on a different shift to speak to me but they basically said if housekeeping doesn’t turn it in there is nothing they can do. Never again.
