The property was in renovation phase and pool was closed and it was not mentioned when we made the booking it was really disappointing for kids.

Breakfast was very good—nice and nutritious. The room could have been a bit cleaner, as there was a slight smoke smell. I also noticed that while the bed was made, the sheets weren’t changed. I had spilled some chocolate on the bed the night before and saw it was still there when I returned.

The room smelled like smoke and seemed to have poor insulation—I could hear conversations clearly. Some towels had stains, and overall cleanliness could have been better. Also, the fridge and microwave being placed in the restroom felt awkward.

The manager was very sweet and responsive, unfortunately the owner has not been responsive over further issues that the manager is not authorized to handle.

The cleanliness was appreciated however, there was a pungent stench of sewage in the room. Bad enough that I could not comfortably stay. Property manager assured me she would speak with owners about refund, unfortunately a week later and no update. Not only was this inconvenient it’s unprofessional.
