      The double room suite was nicely laid out, but was not cleaned (shower basin dirty with hair, the sofa bed sheets had body flakes in it- sheets weren't fresh) prior to our stay and the whole unit never got cool because there was only air conditioning unit in the back bedroom area, thus leaving the area near the door very hot (it was in the 100s that weekend).

      There were bedbugs in my bed and spider in the sink as well. Staff did not apologize when informed and seemed to react like it’s something normal. They just asked me to show the photo I had taken of one of the bedbugs.
