      Treat yourself!! Loved the queen suite at the end of the hall. It had LOADS of space. Great light with lots of big windows. Table with 4 chairs for eating, or working. 2 armchairs for comfortable sitting. A jacuzzi tub bonus. The included breakfast had plenty of choices. The lobby is also spacious with cozy spaces for gathering. The outdoor courtyard a super place for morning coffee. It would be a great space for a longer stay, or a family.

      Location in downtown with Brickel city center and Bayside on walkable distance and a Metro-rail station close by. Good food store was nearby for food if you didn’t want to eat at restaurants.

      The airport shuttle service was very handy, as was the proximity to the airport. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The onsite restaurant/bar was convenient.

      I was there early to check in. I was given a room all the way at the end of a hall, with a horrible view of the junky lot full of busted up, broken down cars and the trash dumpster next door, which someone was digging in. If that lot is part of the property, it really needs to be cleaned up. If it isn't, Ramada management needs to make a complaint to their neighbor or municipality because it's an incredible eyesore. The carpet looked like it should have been replaced years ago, and my shoes were sticking to the restaurant floor at breakfast - gross.

      The hotel was close to the airport. It took only about 10 minutes for the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel. Then the check-in process was simple and fast.

      We had to wait an excessive amount of time for the old airport shuttle. We sat at the airport and watched the shuttles from other hotels come and go, and when our shuttle finally came it was old and dirty. Then we were told that the shuttle could take us to the Mall of America, but we needed to wait an hour for it, so we ended up walking. In addition, the hotel was extremely old and broken down. The photos on Booking.com did not represent the hotel accurately. Everything is worn and faded and smells bad. Only a few of the buttons on the room phone worked, and the wi-fi was not really free (which is shocking in 2025)! The only good thing about the room were the bathroom towels.
