- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  My sweetie and I absolutely loved staying at the Omni Hotel! The valet parking, luggage handling while checking in and checking out, the check in and check out processes were all just awesome and so organized. Every single person we encountered that worked for the hotel was so hospitable and we sure do appreciate it! The room was very clean and comfortable. There were also extra pillows and a blanket in the closet and those items were so clean. We felt at home and we also felt very safe which is so important to us. I love the security card access while getting on the elevators and also the security card to the doors coming and going in/out of the hotel after hours. This hotel has truly become one of our favorites! We were NOT ready to leave and the bed was so comfortable and didn't hurt our backs... Thank you, thank you, thank you Omni!! We will definitely be back.

  Although we had an issue with the refrigerator not getting cold and the iron not working properly, the staff worked so quickly to resolve the issues. The gentleman that brought the refrigerator was so nice and kind.

  We went to Briarwood Inn for our honeymoon and stayed 3 nights. Great value and enjoyed the fact that it wasn't a chain hotel. Our stay was perfect. Room was spacious, clean and welcoming with a fireplace, refrigerator, iron/ironing board and on site parking. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet location and we walked everywhere- shops, restaurants, Carmel mission. Super location with some GREAT restaurants within a couple of blocks. Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Highly, highly recommend. We'll be going back.

  The mini fridge and microwave worked well for my drinks and snacks. The property is on the town's free shuttle route and convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities in Seward. The office manager was pleasant and attentive.

  I got bit terribly here it took 2 weeks to get a response and a apology and only 25 dollars refund after I stayed for 2 days I still have a permanent mark from an infected bit .
