When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  The hotel was very dirty. There was no cleaner at all. Only the Buffet was OK. Other than that everything was dirty the room carpet bed. Everything was not according to the standard of the price they put the name of Wyndham down. I thought Wyndham had good hotels with very beautiful rooms, clean environment, but it was not.

  The breakfast was ok. I only had a cup of orange juice. The sausage was too salty and the eggs tasted artificial.

  I, Ollette Washington prepaid 383.00 for two rooms and I was required to reserve 150.00 for each room in case of damages! All of us ranged from 58-94 years old. We had no intention of destroying a room. Had I known that the hotel pick and chose who they would be so cruel to, I’d never would have reserved a room there. I’ve attached a picture of the manager on duty who found it funny and was talking in a foreign language when he overpriced me for room damages. They allowed some hockey players to trash the breakfast area and did not say a word to them! the

  Multiple door keys didn’t work upon checking in, had to go back to the office over 3 times, and moved three rooms until getting one working key card just to get into a room. Cigarette butts littered all over entire grounds of property. Front desk staff was fine, just not overtly welcoming or friendly. Rooms could use some updating, but to be expected for the price range. Main issue with the room was cleanliness, the floor was dirty, underneath the beds were extremely dusty. The toilet seat had some kind of black smudges on it.

  Not accommodating to seniors or handicap customers,paying for valet and no bell hop to assist with luggage and the room was accommodate with enough towels and old and hanging curtains and standing in heat waiting for valet and no refrigerator to accommodate insulin and medication. I have never stayed at hotel that didn't accommodate me my needs. I came to Vegas for my 60th birthday.
