  They damaged my luggage, fully destroyed lock on it, I was almost late on the flight waiting for our luggage form their storage room, and after 30 min they brought it damaged and almost destroyed, it looked like someone tried to open it, o have all pictures with dates and location, reception guy tried to call his manager and get compensation, After waiting 15 min more he confirmed we will get compensation on it, and we should not be worried, nothing after month: we sent emails text, booking messages, no replies!!! It’s horrible experience and flight with damaged luggage after was not fun.

  That location was near water country, USA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and homie feeling. The bathroom was spacious and nice with the Jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed. My family that traveled to Williamsburg, as well got to stay in the same location that I was in. I was really pleasantly surprised once I walked in. It's really nice. If I ever visit Williamsburg again, I will plan activities and things to see near this area so that I can stay at Vacation Village at Williamsburg again. 😊

  There were 2 either laundry bag or trash bags that were left inside near the door once we arrived, and that's the chandelier in the dining room area was broken however, with a quick call, the maintenance came quickly and fixed the problems

  Super duper clean! Complimentary use of laundry machines- much needed after severe weather impacted travel for 24 hrs. Kind front desk staff.

  Had to call for the airport shuttle to pick me up but couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk - call was put on auto hold numerous times. Had to grab an Uber as I didn’t like standing there by myself at 10pm. Front desk was very kind and offered a late checkout and prescheduled me for the complimentary shuttle ride back to the airport.
