      Everything was exceptional. The concierge service and staff helped plan My wife’s birthday for us and 4 other couples. Their suggestions were spot on and they made sure we got all the reservations we requested. They were responsive and knowledgeable. The hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance to EVERYTHING but felt as if you were in your own private boutique condo. We recommend The Pinch to anyone wanting to visit the Charleston area and we can’t wait to go back!

      The location is great if you’re staying to visit the national parks, there are restaurants and fast food few minutes away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Self check out was nice too.

      Asked for a spoon or fork to eat food we microwaved in our room. Apparently they don't have any? Went down to get breakfast about half way thru the available breakfast time and there was NOTHING left! Also, they had a pretty massive leak that was getting all over the hallway floor! The CARPETED floor! There was a bucket to catch water, but it was still soaked all over the area!

      Room was not ready..check in time was 3:00 pm.we got there maybe 2.30..they told us it wasn't ready to come back at 3 so we left came back at 3..still wasn't ready..they told us to come back at 4..we gave them extra time made it back at 4.30 it was ready.but had a little smell to it but we got rid of it..the lady said the reason it took so long was because several ladies called out of work and they only had 2 house keepers..because of the holiday they knew they was supposed to be there but didn't show up..the front desk ladies was very kind tho. The shade in the room wouldn't come down we had to used one of the sheets on the bed for a night curtain..
