  Clean, comfortable, attractive, location. The hosts communicated well. The binder that provided important information and suggestions was very helpful. Breakfast items were available in the refrigerator! And here was a big surprise -- instructions provided said we did not need to do any cleanups prior to departing. Not that we left it a mess, but it is annoying when staying at airbnbs when there are instructions to load the dishwasher, strip beds and put in the washer, take the trash out, etc.

  Cannot think of anything as far as the property/hosts. I guess I did not realize the pricing was per person and think the total charge was more than expected. I think this is on Booking.com and not the property owners?

  Simple kindness over my ordeal the first night on my way here I was involved in a hit and run already a disabled medically sick woman didn't realize how badly I was hurt until trying to move the next day the staff helped me and brought me breakfast in my bed know and seeing i could not walk up on my own to office for it.

  I didn't like myself in my voice was not being able to communicate better with the staff. I'm truly apologetic for having M.S. and so many surgeries just to be alive just had my port put back in I truly was sore and I was able to relax in a disabled room

  Staff lacks respect, they enter rooms without knocking which isn't going to go well, pool was extremely dirty! Staff wouldn't let me check in early because they said they don't allow that but had previously for me. Sat at the pool for hours and watched car after car check in before 4pm! Havent been back since we found a hotel with a more quality stay and better staff!!!!

  Attacked by more fleas than could count. Need to treat 1094(?). Moved to another room easy enough, but did not plan on extensive dog bathing to flush off fleas. Not to worry after 24 hrs dog med kills fleas that bite dog. Would have been nice to see some room rate deduction.
