  Location was excellent, A/C worked very well against the Texas heat and the general amenities of the hotel were better than expected. Bed was very comfortable and the room was made-up daily, coffee replaced etc. I was expecting less having stayed previously at a competing chain's 3 Star accommodation but Holiday Inn Riverwalk exceeded for me.

  Shower was good, but more pressure would be nice. The bath tub didn't drain as well as it should, probably needs a clean of the pipes to fix.

  The location was great and everything was new and fresh.

  The room above us disturbed us half of the beginning days due to people constantly walking around but that's what you get for having somebody above your room. Coffee pot was very slow but overall a wonderful place.

  Room was not clean. Massive stain on the only chair, and a few on the carpet. No body lotion in bathroom dispenser, nor was there any facial tissue in that dispenser. No fridge or safe in room. The closet is hidden behind a glass mirror door on a magnetic lock which pops open frequently fully blocking passage through the narrow hallway. This is the dumbest hotel feature I have ever seen and the risk management should be fired.
