      What a unique and beautiful place to stay! So close to downtown Williamstown but on a farm with fantastic Mountain views. We unfortunately didn’t have enough time to explore the property- the owners were telling us about the walking trails. Lovely people, very welcoming.

      Location. Enjoyed being able to go places and it not take an hour

      Having to pay for parking. The parking spots that were within the parking lot of the hotel should be free as a guest. Other people who do not have a placard should not be able to park there. Not making the guests pay extra to park there

      Indoor pool was so cold could not be used. The condos kitchen was filthy, dirty dishes and cabinets and drawers. Had to fight ants every day, had to put our food in the oven and microwave. Door handles to closets broken off. No window treatments in the living room. Shades on bedrooms were bad and had to roll them up manually. Deco was old mismatched junk probably from Good Will. Area rugs were so old and dirty your feet actually got sticky from them. Very misleading on pet policy. Booked it saying pet friendly then they tried to kick us out over 12 lb pet dog. Wasted 2 days fighting with the booking company. Apparently if you own the condo you can have pets but if they rent them it is no pets allowed. Condo had no toilet tissue, trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, nothing. Had to go buy everything. I have never wrote a bad review but so tired of paying good money and these people getting by with renting these nasty places. People please do your homework so you won't get ripped off...

      Pathetic staff who would not cooperate at all even for small request to provide electric kettle to warm water for Baby food . Would not even cooperate to warm baby food in kitchen or microwave etc .
