      The night we checked in we had to switch rooms because our room was filthy! There was a ring of crap so thick in the tub I couldn't get it clean! We went through 3 rooms before we found one that was clean! The second night they tried to charge our card for the room & pet deposit after we had already paid those the night before. The man at the front desk acted like I was lying about paying it and he wouldn't believe me until I showed him the charges on my credit card. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. We won't stay there again and wouldn't advise anyone to do so either.

      The man at the front desk was rude, took 3 trips down to front desk to get a working card for one of our 2 rooms. The facility DIDN'T look anything like advertised, much older and not as clean. I went to use a wash cloth and it had a big curly hair in it. Disgusting.
