  Easy location to get to SDSU and beaches. Really liked that so much was walkable. Grocery and restaurants. The beds and living space were very comfortable. The owner and on site manager were quick to respond and very friendly. Very clean apartment.

  Parking is difficult for larger vehicles, very tight parking space. The alley behind apartments was noisy at night if windows were open. No air conditioning made our stay difficult due to hot time of year. Kitchen was not fully stocked but has plenty of space for our groceries

  If I was gonna stay longer or had children, you had a pool you could go outside and sit by the fire do some s’mores that was very nice.

  I was put on the first floor, but went in through the lobby, so I had to take all of my stuff off of the card and carry it to my room. I just thought that was dumb.

  The property is pretty rundown. The shower the water pressure is not good in the shower is not good. There’s no fans or any air conditioning in the unit. So it’s super hot. The doors stuck on both because they were so rusty so had a hard time getting in and out.

  It is an excellent location and priced right. I prefer having a window that opens so I don't have to run the AC fan to circulate the air.
