Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Were very quick to respond to my special request letting them know I would have my service dog with me. Asked me service dog questions over email and were super courteous. When I got to the hotel they were ready to check my dog and I in with a big smile and a welcome. my room was close and I found close parking. the hotel had adequate places to take dog to do his business and there is a park across the road so we were able to take a nice walk. Room was nice with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. bed was comfortable and had a full sized shower and tub. breakfast was good. had a variety of foods.

      I really liked the Villa location. The Villa was stocked well with everything you would need in the kitchen. It has that at home feel. Amenities were nice at the club house..

      This is a great stay long water front and the unit is very well. Set up for an overnight stay

      Only drawback was the distance from parking to the unit. However, the hotel did provide carts to make transfer of luggage easy

      Hidden fees that are not listed on booking . Once you get there the charge you to park in there parking lot . The parking lot was empty, but they charged 20 dollars a night for parking. Wi fi was terrible

      Check-out was fast and efficient; credit card holds were also released fairly quickly; I love the airport shuttle service.

      The room was within my budget of under $100. The bed was comfortable and clean.

      I was looking forward to breakfast which was advertised to be open till 9:00 am. I came to get breakfast at 8:40 and the very last item was being whisked away. Very disappointing.
