      The pools were excellent! Cafe was good and friendly staff

      Man that was a long uphill walk back as the trams were like 40 minute waits. Balconies overlooked the parking lot of neighboring hotel more than the creek. Only other negative was the neighboring balconies smoking outside coming right over to ours.

      The walls are so thin you can hear when others flush toilets above and beside you - including walking around and taking showers. If you don’t mind being woken up by that - you will enjoy. We were also looking forward to the pancake machine as our youngest is a very picky eater - but it was broken.

      We enjoyed our relatively short stay, but we were hoping for a room cleaning between our first and second nights. Unfortunately, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we checked in with the staff, they mentioned there was a misunderstanding and that they didn't have anyone available at the moment. We understand things can get busy, but we just wanted to share our experience. Thank you!
