We loved that the property was quiet and in a good area around easy to get to tourist locations and restaurants. The suite itself was VERY clean, well equipped and stocked and inviting. The yeti decor was fun and there was even a little game to find the badges that kept us entertained all weekend. Howie thought of all the details from board games, wifi, and dvds for the included dvd player if you didn't want to watch TV to soft sheets, rugs and even a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser already filled! It was definitely like never leaving home. Howie was also very communicative the entire time answering all questions without them having to be asked. Best kind of hosts all around! I'd definitely recommend and look forward to staying in any of his properties in the near future.

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Beds were very comfy and clean rooms. The staff was very nice. The views from the pool area were spectacular! Grounds looked clean as well. Loved having an outside patio.

I would say shower was way too small, made it hard to shave, towels were small and rough. Also, I know I might get some hate, I am a mother who raised children, but just my personal opinion. I feel all resorts should have age limits to the pool. Maybe make a kid area for the little ones. Like 6 and under in a separate area. While on an adult vacation wanting to relax by the pool or jacuzzi, it gets annoying hearing babies cry or puking in the pool from swallowing the water. Makes me not want to swim in it. Plus, babies are not potty trained. Knowing they could pee or poop in the pool grosses me out. My daughter noticed a turd shaped thing in the shallow end of the pool. I went to look it did look like it, but who knows. We got out right away. So we mostly enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was 18 and older.

The room had a musty odor. Carpets definitely need shampooing. Tub had mildew in it. Restroom door needs to be fixed. Had to force shut it close. Front door had a large gap on the bottom. Made a makeshift gap cover to keep bugs out. This was room 203

We got to our room late at night after a long day of travel and opened the room door and it was extremely hot and had a horrible smell. We turned on the A/C and had to leave the window open and leave the room for over an hour late at night because it was unbearable. When we got back it was a little better but still had an awful smell. When went into the bathroom there was other peoples hair still in the shower and around the toilet. There was also hair in one of the beds. The next day the cleaners came without us knowing and refreshed the towels and made the bed. When we went to shower the “new” towels were covered in dirt spots. For the money this was not worth it and absolutely not okay. I rate this a 1/10.

The mildew smell in the room, dirty coffee maker, the make shift curtain rod caused a lot of water to go on the floor during my shower, tiles in shower were old and out dated. Housekeeping was knocking on our door two hours before checkout.

I’ve been a guest at this hotel numerous times and it’s always been clean, safe, and comfortable with a helpful and friendly staff and amenities which are comparable to the value. However, I was disappointed this time due to drug paraphernalia being found multiple times in my room the worst of which was a hypodermic needle with the tip exposed laying on top of the storage cabinet which is about 6+ ft tall so when I went to place something there I didn’t see the needle until it was too late and it almost stuck me. The other items were a broken glass pipe and burnt aluminum foil. I feel like drug users (especially those who use drugs in that manner) aren’t too hard to spot so maybe some extra attention should be given when cleaning the rooms they’ve stayed in. I’m not sure but this experience was traumatic and no one deserves to be put in harms way like this again. Thank you.
