  The location was good. The building was a little confusing.

  When I arrive, my room smelled like smoke. I had they couldn’t get me another room with a similar view, but they did credit me for the upgrade. The breakfast experience was horrible. There was very loud music inside, so I went out on the deck, hoping it would be quieter there, but it was not. The music was kind of loud disco music and even though I asked several people about turning it down they said they couldn’t unless the manager authorized it and he wasn’t on site. It was really like being assaulted. I don’t understand how you could turn such a beautiful setting into such an unpleasant experience and be so unconscious of the impact.

  I guess I arrived there too late because when I did no one was at the front desk. I sat there in the lobby waiting for over an hour and called 5 times. Never answered and no one ever showed up at the front desk. Took me over a half hour to find another hotel after waiting over an hour for my booking here to be ignored.
