It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

  This is a lovely resort, in a perfect location. The grandkids loved the pools, the arcade and the store. The adults loved the great layout, the convenience, the clean and well laid out rooms, the great upkeep, and the great buffet in the restaurant (not to mention the price of the buffet which was amazing!). Overall, the price of this lovely hotel is astonishing considering what it offers. The location is ideal, with its proximity to Disney and Universal parks and a multitude of fun activities (we did the pirate mini-putt which was great fun). The pool is huge with tons of great lounge chairs, and the guest towels right at the pool is a nice touch. We wish we had planned another day to just hang out at the hotel, as it was so nice. We had previously stayed at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, and it was also fabulous.

  The front desk staff were wonderful! There were some technical issues during check-in so it took a little while but it's not a big deal and it's not their fault! Lori (or Lora?) was very sweet. The room was nice and it was conveniently located to the convention center and several places to eat.

  The breakfast options were lacking. We got there an hour before breakfast ended and they were already putting stuff away. No fruit, no yogurt, no bagels

  Terrible choice. Never again. Gaudy & cheap. They charge for thermostat use & the room ever cools off. Staff intrudes before your checkout time. Glad I took photos as I'm waiting for my deposit a month later. Casino Resorts is a much , much better choice & value for your money.

  For a $500 a night room it would have been nice to have the bed made on our second night stay & garbages emptied. We expected a tidy up like most places do on your stay unless you ask not too. Other than that everything was wonderful! Hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome!
