      The property is really pretty and serene. We went on a weekend that we anticipated would be quiet due to the schedule, and it was very relaxing. We would like to come back when facilities are more open next time!

      The mattress in our cottage was a normal spring mattress which, since it started storming 20 minutes after we checked in, became a rough place to hang out while rained in (on our backs specifically!) A good topper or slightly softer mattress would have made this an 11/10 stay, even with the rain!

      The lobby had a terrible smell the entire time...dark dank hallways...outdated carpet, paint, furniture, bathroom tiles and shower head....Refrigerator only stayed cold 2 hours at a time...the pillowcases had red stains on all 4 of them that I wasn't sure was human blood or bed bug juice...definitely, never again

      No A/C and the front desk only said the owners have not given them a time line on when it would fixed. Also, this is the 2nd time I've booked here and the TV did not work?! They said it had to do with inclimate weather? It was August 30-Sept 1st 2025 blue skies every day...HOT actually which is why no A/c was horrible

      Prime location. Closest place in Long Beach in proximity to the beach. Very comfy bed with fireplace, balcony and jetted tub. Also loved the lighting and leather seating.

      It was busy during Labor Day weekend so we didn't get to use the saunas as they were consistently occupied with one of three "out of order". For the price I would have expected complementary robes and slippers. I say this as a past employee of the Bellagio in Vegas.

      1 but breakfasts was charge and not good food; 2 parking was charge y my room was never clean of my three days of staying. This hotel was recommended to me from friends but I will not recommended.
