  The rude front desk lady wouldn’t help me. The booking ad I booked from clearly showed a hottub in the room. I didn’t get that room. She refused to fix the issue. Lie to me about what booking told her and then told me she was going to make me leave if I had more than three people in my room even though my reservation was for 4. The heater in the hot tub and pool also weren’t working. This was a birthday party for my daughter. The front desk lady was rude to my adult son who stop by to say hi to my daughter for her birthday. We are locals. This is unacceptable. Even if you aren’t local.
