  Its central to Union Square. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars around. I love the staff. The filipinos there rock! The two front desk i think it was Joan and Carl were amazing. The parking attendants were great too!!

  Was bouncing between rooms for the first 2-3 days i was there. Sue to either the toilets running constantly, security latches on entry door broken or hardly secure, uncomfortable beds, or inconsistent toilet sizes. When I kept asking to switch rooms due to not feeling safe with the latches broken or constant noise, the receptionist (Shayla) she was annoyed and rude with it.

  The hotel smelled like mold, mildew all over. The outlets were not working to charge devices. Toilet and shower slow to flush. The room we booked was terrible and It should not be used at all. . It was right next to the front and starting 5:30 am and on you heard nothing but loud noises you could not drawn out from the breakfast. It sounded that all those people were in the room with us. The evening before we heard people from the pool which is also right outside the door....No rest at all. We stopped thru to get rest because it was the closest hotel of the road. Big mistake . We still have to travel today with no rest. I will never book again.

  I don't know what to say without being too harsh. Grandfathers, Fathers, Uncles, and brothers do not let any women you care about stay by themselves at this establishment. Most of my Specialist Doctors are in Lubbock. I usually read the reviews.....how could you go wrong with a Days Inn. I had asked for accommodations two days before. I asked for a first floor because I was having a 20 Guage needle injection in my knee. They approved my accommodations but I checked in and was placed on the 2nd floor outside of the hotel and no elevator, caused my knee to have bloody drainage. I let the front desk clerk know I was a Platinum member but he was new (didn't have a clue of what that meant), did not understand because English was not his first language. Asked to speak to a manager but was not on-site. This establishment is a a downgrade from Motel 6. I am applaud that Wyndham would put there name on this Hotel(Motel). Nicolai and Igor that spoke no English was downstairs in a 1980 maroon Pontiac Grand AM. Mind you, pay attention to these pictures because they do not lie. This Motel should have a hourly rate.

  Me and my partner really liked how close this place was to the creek, it made the whole trip feel more private and relaxing. Breakfast was super good too, filling and fresh. Definitely would stay here again.
