  We were greeted at the front desk by a cheerful, friendly, and efficient staff person. The elevator was much appreciated since all the rooms are above the ground level. Our room was clean and homey, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. We got a good night's sleep for our quick overnight stay. We would stay there again.

  The staff were all friendly. It was close to most things and there's a shuttle to the boardwalk.

  The place was dirty. Honestly they're was food on the wall behind the stove. All the walls were dirty, the pots and dishes were greasy. I brought my own cleaning supplies and had to pretty much clean everything before I unpacked. The outdoor pool was fine but the indoor pool area was dirty. There was wet napkins on the floor and food kids must have dropped but was never picked up. The hit tub was gross. There were these weird grayish bubbles like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I put only my feet in and wound up with irritation all over them. The other thing that bothered me was the goose poop all over the outdoor grilling area. We went to bring food outside to sit and enjoy the weather but you couldn't even get to the tables. There was so much goose poop. I understand in the grass maybe it's hard to clean but on the concrete where you ate they could have hosed it off. We were there 4 nights and it wasn't cleaned once. There were a lot of people working there so there should have been no reason for the place to be that dirty. I have never written a bad review like this before. But for almost 1k for 4 nights I expected it to at least be clean. I won't be going back.

  The carpeting was so dirty! When walking bear foot in the room, it was sticky and so dirty the water turned black as I wash them. Had to keep my shoes inside the room! Mainly this hotel definitely needs a refit. We never got the room service ! Only once in 10 days! I changed the sheets myself and took the garbage out.
