      The opportunity to set your mind back in time, to the way hotels used to be, was a breath of fresh air. Being able to eat dinner on the front porch and enjoy the rain was absolutely calming to my soul. The Hollander Hotel is unique in every way and is a combination of history with a little bit of modern style. Embrace the difference HH has to offer!

      The western theme was fun, and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the Steakhouse. The view was great!

      Prices seem unnecessarily high, lots of guest noise (outside hotel, in the halls, from room above, early departures. Breakfast had nice offerings, but all the hot food was only lukewarm.

      Bedroom carpet was soaking wet and staff claimed they just did the carpets. The floor was soaked from air conditioner leaking! The tvs kept going in and out. The bathtub was extremely slippery which my handicapped husband fell.

      Our 1st night we couldn't sleep because of other guests being loud, yelling and screaming, kids stomping and banging outside of our room and staff didn't nothing. The room was not quite clean. And we reserved because the advertisement said beachfront and we were a block away. So it wasn't what was advertised. Staff doesn't take time to explain anything to guests.
