They allowed pets, Beds were very comfortable and kitchette was nice to have, complete with full size refrigerator and sink. Also there were dishes to use instead of paper plates! microwave was clean and so was the refrigerator.

Room smelled like it needed to be cleaned! I think the carpet was very dirty and floor was sticky in some places. The sink leaked on the turn on handle. No dish soap to use to wash dishes or stuff to use dishwasher. Only 2 tea bags and one coffee for my 3 day stay. Shower was awful, had mold or black stuff on soap shelf. Towels were thin but ok. furniture was old and the lamp shade was tattered with holes and rips in it! There was a frame on the wall empty and sticky areas on desk. The TV remote had no batteries and no backing to hold them in,tried to call front desk and phone didnt work. Had to go to desk to get batteries and they never fixed my phone.

Everything! The room was clean, the pool and hot tub are great and good hours, the breakfast is top notch, it has a bar and outside area, and the staff is Excellent ( a little shout out to Teresa at the front desk)

when we walked in we noticed the carpets were not vacuumed there was so much stuff along the trims of the wall. the carpets were so gross big stains on them. I asked for the vacuum so I cld do it. The curtains were dirty. The blinds were jacked up. The top bunk bed pillow case had stains when I looked at the pillow it had yellow stains and blood stains on it. I gave to the made in disgust and told her to throw it away. I checked all the other beds and those were clean. the top of shower had some mildew stains. but the shower itself worked amazing. This hotel has such potential it's in the perfect place. The fridge didn't work well. The breakfast area was a joke worst ever. The juice machine didn't work cause no staff cld find the key. The young staff working that on a busy weekend was also a joke they knew nothing. The only had toast, bagels, cereal and muffins in bags and oatmeal bags. so this is not breakfast and most of it was gone. For the price you pay on the holiday weekend is a joke. I stayed at lower end hotels who had it better. Like I said the place has alot of potential if it were to be remodeled. people were walking through hallways smoking weed. This place had alot of kids roaming around. The best things were the beds surprisingly they were comfortable and clean. Yes I'm irritated. we paid almost 900 dollars to stay 2 days...I really hope this place changes...everything is super dated. in the hotel itself. The rooms itself are mixed.

When we first checked in we were told the elevator was not working and no idea when it was fixed I would have appreciated a call ahead of time or option to cancel the room Also we did not have any room turndown for 2 days. Or no call if we needed anything. They only had rooms on the 4th floor and my girlfriend has asthma and made it difficult for her given the altitude. I feel we should get some refund or discount given these circumstanced.
