- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  I was looking for a place for a family reunion in the area and was lucky enough to stumble upon this wonderful home in San Luis Obispo. The host Ryan was polite, respectful, and very professional in his communication and clear directions on how to reach the property or him if encountering any difficulties. He has 2 wonderful pups named Bourbon and Cider who mirror Ryan's great personality and kindness. I recommend this spot for anyone who wants to feel like they're on vacation but with that same cozy feel that your own home gives you. Do not miss out on this beautiful mountain getaway. A big thanks to Ryan once again for everything!

  Way too many people smoking on the balcony. At one people my entire room smelled like cigarettes and weed. When I went to the desk to explain my concern about it smelling so bad , only because I didn’t not want the hotel to think I was smoking in my room because I do not smoke at all, it was a complete waste of time. The girl just stared at me until I walked away.

  Location was great and the house is beautiful and very modern and very comfortable and a good location to things in town. The rooms are spacious well set up and the living facilities and appliances, solid internet made it a smooth comfortable stay. The owners were communicative and friendly and I would highly recommend the house for work or pleasure.
