Don’t like how they price gouge on game days. Stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. Always reasonably priced (about $120 per night). Tried to make a reservation for the weekend of a game and they wanted $899 per night.

The rep checked me in but failed to mention that both the cable and wifi were out of service and when I went to report on the phone in the room that was off as well..the sheets were dirty room wasn't clean oh and they stopped answering calls after 11 horrible experience would never do it again

I was not informed that the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing— the waffle maker was out of order, there was no juice available, the muffins were extremely hard, and the sausage was cold in the middle. On top of that, our room had no remote. After being told one would be brought to us, three hours passed with no resolution, and we ultimately had to switch rooms. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning. at this point the hotel is just letting guess check in and collecting money.
