The bed was very comfortable and the main room was clean and equipped with a nice smart TV. The lobby was well decorated and the front desk workers were kind. The hotel is truly in a prime walking location, especially to TD Garden, Quincy Market, Boston Public Market, Boston Commons and the Public Garden, and much much more that we did not get to explore. Unfortunately that’s about the extent of what we enjoyed about our hotel stay here.

The bathroom sink had leftover beard shavings upon first entering which had us questioning the thoroughness of the overall room cleaning and it also was not draining properly due to a loose stopper until my husband managed to get the stopper to stay up. The pocket door to the bathroom was also busted and stuck in its pocket. There was also a loose towel hook on the bathroom wall which would easily swivel and drop your towel to the floor if not balanced. The beverage cooler was not working and there is no mini fridge which I thought was disappointing for a four star hotel. The thick main curtain could not be drawn closed because it appeared to be screwed into the wall (picture) therefore we could only use the transparent curtain for privacy unless we wanted to drag and scratch up the wall which it appears has been done before but we didn’t want to damage things further. Our balcony doors also seemed janky and didn’t fully latch in the downward lock position. Lastly, while the AC worked well it was quite loud especially when starting up. I wish I had taken more pictures of the state of everything but we really wanted to just enjoy our brief stay and concert that we were in town to see. Overall, super disappointing for the price of the place and quite outrageous for a supposed four star rated hotel. Sad to say we do not recommend.

Ms. Rashaenda was exceptionally kind , accommodating, friendly, helpful. She helped us check in & she pulled the weight of the other staff members that quit on them that night. SHE has an AMAZING ATTITUDE & positive. She made us feel like family!

One staff member ( a female ) walked out on her position and left the other staff members to do her job! This made our food very late. But the bartender was very compassionate in helping everyone
