The breakfast was perfect for a beach stay. plenty of fresh fuit, assortment of breads and spreads for toast, plus cooked options (spinach scrambled eggs. Sunset drinks on the Friday night on the front porch looking over the beach was relaxing and very pleasant. The chairs on the front porch were a lovely way to relax, read, watch the world go by, or whatever. Staff were always helpful and genuinely pleasant and responsive. Gave great tips for the area as well as accommodating to our needs. Location was perfect because it was walking distance to the town but not in the bustle of it all. Also, straight across the road to the beach for community morning yoga or a swim at any time was super convenient. If you are looking to enjoy the island and have the right mix of getting away from it all but also having conveniences nearby then this is a great spot....esp. since the bus to other beaches and the next town stops right out front.

The A/C unit in the room was a little noisy but it certainly worked well and for the price we were paying it didn't bother us.

-Frontdesk people were very helpful & friendly (can hold bags pre&post check ins, 24hrs service, free beach towels, early check-in if possible) -just 8-10min walk to waikiki beach -clean hotel & spacious room -i got a better deal. $400+ for 3 night stays. -A/c is old but makes the room cool -All 3 days, I likely found parking on the long street around the corner. Or you can park in roads 0.8 mi away if you can walk. Check sign boards -Balcony was good with some view.

-the only worst part is having a transparent window screen. The room will be very bright in the day time. Hard to sleep. -Water clogging in bath tub. The door was poorly designed. No exhaust. -Bed was okaish. Should be definitely better -A/C could be less noisy or newer

This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. It smelled so bad it was hard to stay in the room. The bed and covers was so stained as well as the pillows we didn’t use them. The mattress was HORRIBLE. We didn’t not get any rest. We would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Did not like anything about the property except the TV was nice compared to home which was surprising.

.My check-in experience was satisfactory, as they were able to accommodate my request for an early check-in. The location was excellent, with easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. Staying in a suite on the top floor offered stunning sunset views every evening. Additionally, the arcade was a nice bonus that added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The pool area mentioned in the elevator no longer exists; it has been replaced by a waterpark. While the waterpark serves as a nice alternative, ongoing construction within the hotel detracted from my overall enjoyment of certain areas. Additionally, several elevators were non-functional, which prevented me from accessing my designated floor. The bell service was unsatisfactory, as I was required to leave my identification in order to use a cart, and the assistance provided was minimal. Furthermore, the staff had an unwelcoming demeanor. I am still waiting for the hold charge for incidentals to be credited back to my account.

Everything is just old no updates. Was there all the time pre covid. The place looks worse now. The rooms are dirty some of the staff very rude. For the amount of money you pay I'll never go back

There was nobody on reception in the morning when I needed my key redone as it wouldn't open the door. The receptionist was busy in the back room and didn't hear that there was anyone at the front desk. Perhaps a bell to ring would be helpful.

I booked the room for 4 people. The sofa bed didn't have any sheets, blankets, or pillows. I had to get those from the front desk and make the bed myself. We also did not have enough towels and I had to make a second trip to the front desk to get them. Additionally, we contemplated making breakfast in the room. When we checked the kitchen, there were no pots or pans. Only a few plates and glasses. Disappointing. Also, we had a room on the front of the hotel. Very loud truck traffic all night.
