Great location for being Central in Waikiki, everything within walking distance. If its going to be your first time in hawaii and you are used to cities, and like everything being within walking distance, its a great spot. Also really convenient are the "hui" cars parked in the garage, didn't need to go anywhere when we needed to rent a car.

Like most of waikiki, the drinks were on the weaker side. The coffee provided in the room also pretty weak, as was similar to the rest of the waikiki unfortunately. The pool view is perfect, just wish it was a little bigger.

Just what you expect from a cabin. Nice wood on the inside just like a cabin should have.

We are from South Louisiana and the AC wasn’t keeping up like we are used to. It was very comfortable but would be nice to get it a little colder at night. The lighting made it very dark in places especially in the kitchen and living room areas and lastly at least one bed should be a queen instead of two full beds. It was a little cramped with two adults in those little beds.

Check-in was different..all done at a kiosk. There is no real person to be seen. So, there is no customer service at all. You just have to figure things out on your own. If I had known check in worked this way, I wouldn't have wasted time searching for help.

The only bed was broken. The bed frame was broken in the middle. The resulted in the bed dipping in the middle. We were unable to sleep on the bed. Reported to owner, we were told they were trying to get someone to come out. We ended up leaving the next day because the bed still wasn't fixed and we were no longer getting responses from the property owner.

Location was great. Love the free parking. Check in was easy and our room was ready early. The beds were comfortable to sleep in.

The toilet leaked out of the left side just above the toilet bowel so there was water squirting out onto the floor with every single flush. The shower did not drain well at all. When showering our feet were submerged in 2 inches of water. The shower drained so slow that after showering hair and soap scum was left all over of the bathtub.
