      We loved the updated decor & color scheme (do you know the old tale of why blue lights are used on historic houses?) The chef/housekeeper was absolutely fantastic, serving delicious breakfast & friendly conversation! The location was perfection as it’s a 5 min walk to the Gates!

      The breakfast was great. The staff was really good. Air conditioner was quiet, quite a change from most hotels. Pretty good location for what we wanted.

      Second floor window curtains were thin and let in security lighting all night. Did not like that. TV was overly technically complex to operate. Every channel you tried to use wanted you to sign in and sign up for something.

      The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

      The toilets are way too low. Not good for older people. The cover on the beds are to little and thin. Need a heavier blanket to wrap up in. Some of the staff in the breakfast area could be a little more helpful and friendlier.
