      Helpful, really nice staff. Awesome location with easy walking to tons of restaurants and shopping and Rittenhouse Square. As a walker, I also found it easy to get to tons of major attractions. Good room size (queen) for one person, nice and bright natural light, work desk, super comfy bed and bedding. Kiehl's toiletries and Nespresso coffee pods in-room. Nice, bright lobby sitting area with coffee, tea, filtered water on tap...great for meeting up with friends or just hanging out. Good wifi. Spacious closet and ample hangers.

      A little noisy: kinda jarring every time my neighbor opened their door; dripping, creaking noises in the wall; loud cars at night. Chilled water available on my floor...nice idea, but undrinkable imo, and wish paper products were offered for that instead of plastic water bottles.

      The cabin was really nice. The scenery was great. Thr only thing I have bad to say is that they could at least let you check in a little early and they really need to fix the road to the cabin it is terrible, you could loose a car in those ditches.

      We were a group of friends and the listing showed two of the bedrooms with one bed and one of the bedrooms having two beds but all three only had one bed. There was room for everyone but a couple of us had to share a bed.
