    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Value was very good, the grounds are well manicured and exterior buildings well kept. The outside appears true to the name "Colonel Williams Resort". Currently, it appears the rooms are being rehabbed, but, are being rented for stays. Would like to see them completed over the down season for the next tourist season. Only one night as a stopover, but, would consider a longer stay next visit.

      The room we stayed in was ultra stark- no wall pictures and the lighting was harsh, no table/nightstand lighting. The room was being re-habbed, but appreciated the cost reflected and the last minute booking (booked at 7:30p online, checked in 9:15p)

      Rooms were disgusting. I had even asked for a room change but all the other rooms she showed me were just as bad. Fluids all over the bed skirting. Floors absolutely disgusting. Bathroom linoleum peeling up. Fridge loud and from the 90s. Whole place out of date and disgusting.

      Room - TV wasn't working... Maintenance guy had to come to adjust the cables; phone cable was also disconnected. No shower curtain - had to find an employee to get one Parking -they towed my car, even though, I had the registration done online. After I checked in, they gave me a pass but wasn't advise that I had to run and hang it asap. We came back after an hour (family was on the beach while I was checking in) when we came back to put our things away in the trunk, my car was gone.
