Location, location, location, water/beach right across the not so busy two lane street in front , free to use bikes and beach chairs, historic front lobby, the staff member John could not have been any nicer and more knowledgeable about the property. Very nice gift shop in the front lobby. No breakfast included or available but there is a nice selection of hot coffees and teas.

Nothing we really didn’t like. The rooms are not historic for those looking for that but have some vintage furniture. There are quite a few rooms so that is hotel like in feel once past the historic front area of the property.

When we arrived in the late afternoon, Racine meet us to welcome us. She told us a little bit of the estates history and made us feel like we were friends of hers and the property. At the rooms, she had fresh cooled water waiting and did everything in her power to make us feel like we had just come home. It was awesome to meet Racine and be at Winridge Manor.

The entire stay was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, the breakfast was as advertised and the service was exceptional. The location of the hotel approximately ten minutes from the airport/rental car location. Would strongly recommend.

The girl that was working during the morning hours was nice and friendly the guy that works the second shift was not. I always thought that the La Quinta by Wyndham was supposed to be nice motels.

The beds was hard. The pillows sucked. We had only two towels and there were four of us in the room. We called down at the office to see if they could get us some more towels and pillows and the guy said they have no more pillows and if we wanted some towels we had to come down and get them I feel like what we paid to stay there he should have brought them up to us. And the breakfast the sausage was not done the eggs was not done they had no milk for cereal. The girl that was working that morning she took the sausage and eggs off the counter because they were not done.

Nice place overall right in downtown close to a lot of things within walking distance. Just didn’t like the surprise $64 per night valet.

You have to use the hotel valet which is $64 per night. That was not mentioned in the booking. Also they had 4 elevators and only 2 were working most of the time. Not much for 21 stories.
