Room was not ready when checked in after the check-in time. Front desk was not available to answer the calls when needed. The voice recording informed I would receive a call back but never received. Requested (missing) housekeeping items were not delivered until the following day after making 3rd requests.

No breakfast available Food with mold growing from it was in the microwave and food still in the mini fridge. I wasn't expecting much for the $50 bucks for the night, but i was expecting at least no moldy food left in the microwave and fridge. Killed 2 spiders and several other bugs. Shower wasn't cleaned. Horrible place.

I extended my stay by one day as i have done in the past and was going to extend it another day i was also caring for my 93yr old father who was with me the morning of check out i called at 6am to request a late check out to prepare my father for our departure but was denied, i then hastily started to get him together and load my vehicle. 10min after 11am check out time a rude call was made that if i was not out of the room by 11;30 that i would be charged . i fully understand business but a little leniency could have been granted by the establishment. i also expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager for the day.
