The accommodations were nice and comfortable. The hotel had lost power but they let the kids swim which was very appreciated.We left and came back later when the power was restored.

It is MUCH more run down than the photographs indicate. There is a wealth of unpainted concrete, which makes me worry that supports have been added to shore up the building. Floors are concrete painted in concrete grey but with many scuffs, scratches and sticky spots. All of the rugs and mats in the apartment were very worn. The refrigerator door was dented in two places. Ceilings were unpainted. The doors to the exterior either had locks that were broken or were propped open. This made it feel very insecure. Furniture was left in the hallway over the course of two days. The instructions for accessing the property were incredibly confusing. The entrance to the parking is NOT across 4th St. as the instructions imply, they are across the street to the NORTH of the building. The pictures video were unhelpful because they were taken in bright daylight and the area looks very different in the evening. A simple diagram would have saved all the confusion caused by a sea of words. (There is unrelated parking across 4th St.) The air conditioning was very aggressive. It could not be set to something different for more than 4 hours, meaning one has to get up in the middle of the night to reset it. The fan controls in the rooms are too high for most average people to reach. I’m slightly above average for a man and I could barely reach. The faucet fitting in the bathroom vanity basin was loose and moved around when opened or closed.

The AC wall units were very loud. One is located about two feet from the bed head and every time it intermittently started up would cause us to jolted from being asleep. The TV was a bit challenging also.

Lots of 10c & 20c "tweakers" playing slots. Sketchy players. Not much quality meals for overpriced menu. Slots were very very tight. Not a fun or comfortable casino to play in.

We had sewage backup in our bathroom. A dead animal was outside our door and we would gag every time we’d come back or go out. A/C would not cool as it did in the past.
