It was nice to be on the first floor. Not too far from the lobby, but pass the busy noisy elevator traffic. Spacious room with 2 clean, comfortable queen beds and a huge restroom for handicap/ elders. The swimming pool was nice. Hot tub was nice - even though it wasn't hot at all. It's just warm. Showers and restroom by the pool and stocked up towels. Would stay here again. Also, only 12 - 15 min from the strip. A variety of shopping within 1 mile.

Lovely, tastefully decorated renovated historic building with elegant lobby and rooms filled with fun antiques. Very comfortable bed, large, clean and well maintained room with high ceilings. Coffee and tea in lobby in the morning.

Our friends’ room was on the second floor, and there was an engine noise above their room, possibly from the air conditioning, that was disruptive. Locations was OK, as long as you’re able to comfortably walk about half a mile to the theater.

Holiday inn Hood River Oregon is always super clean. My room was huge, bed was comfy, shower was A+ w/ dove products. We finally did the breakfast in the morning and it had so many nice options to choose from

I had mistakenly booked 2 rooms and the manager canceled one of them for me. The room was big, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The room was 60 degrees when we entered. I turned up the temperature, but it wouldn't let me change it from cold on the window fan. The wall control wasn't working. I was cold most of the night because either it took a long time to warm up or maybe the air control was broken. I would have appreciated another blanket in the room. We got in late so I didn't feel like bothering to ask for one. The hash browns were cold.

The pet amenities were perfect. We loved having the designated pet area and it was so cute to provide the extra blanket and treats for my dogs. The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had a hotel. Everyone on the staff that I met was super nice.

There were at least 10 cockroaches, mostly in the bathroom. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the photos seen on booking.com. the bathtub faucet did not work well at all. I did not go down to try the breakfast.
