I stay here pretty much every time I'm in Atlanta. The atmosphere is great, the bed comfortable, the view of the city at the foot of the bed? Perfect (means that it doesn't matter what side I wake up on, the sun isn't creeping around a drape into my eyes!) I'm also close to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and my favorite taco joint [Rreal Tacos!!!]

The hotel charges $1 as a safety/incidental fee and will charge $100 if there are any damages - very different than many other hotels around the area that will take $$$ and refund upon check out so this is a great feature! We got there early in the morning before check-in and they let us park our car there since we had to be at the convention center which was less than a 10 minute walk.

No Restaurant in hotel, no staff at hotel, some sort of breakfast besides coffee maker in room. No chair in room, sure many rooms were available.

Bathroom was tub have leg in a cast prefer shower. The bathroom tub faucet was hard to turn on needed replaced no where to sit suitcase on.

It's filthy, dusty, and full of construction workers. The room also smelled of cigarettes. Fortunately, my room was in the 3rd room and was able to keep the window open.
